Candus Griffin

Candus is a Navy brat turned proud Air Force Spouse. She was raised in Newport News, VA and attended the University of North Carolina. Go HEELS! She currently lives with her husband, two children and their very clingy Beagle. She enjoys co-hosting and producing the Shine Sis Podcast alongside her best friend Mary.

Mary Monrose

Mary is a Navy Spouse, mother of three, passionate advocate and graduate of Regent University. She was also born and raised in Newport News, VA where her and Candus met and briefly attended high school together. She’s the co-host of the Shine Sis Podcast and Social Media Manager for their Instagram page.
